Aoi Yuuki (Madoka/Tanya/Tatsumaki/Yuuki/Clementine) is my hands down favorite voice actress and she does have lots of rewards to back it up. Her performances are always a treat and I often end up watching anime titles just to experience her voice acting even if the anime doesn't seem appealing to me at all.

Yes Netiro is an old man, but you have to remember that he is the chairman of the hunter society. Its 100% completely expected for him to be stupid powerful, afterall he is the boss.

There is no distinction between the hunter classifications other then thier choice of what to hunt. These 2 chose to search endlessly for the best food ever made. They are still full fledged hunter who passed the exam. Most hunters just use their status and skills to do whatever they want.

So yeah "no arm guy" was disqualified, whether or not he died is a different story it was unclear and you're never going to see them again so it doesn't really matter.

The hunter exam is a huge deal, it happens once a year and out of thousands of applicants usually less then 10 pass. Hunters receive pay that 10x higher as a baselevel no matter what the job is and have unlimited access to just about everything, including nations that otherwise dont allow people to enter. the benefits are so plentiful that everyone wants the hunters certificate but also why the vetting process for the exam has to be so difficult. They obviously cant allow just anyone to be a hunter.

Regarding the "eating a bowl of rice" it is kind of a cultural Japanese thing to refer to enjoying something as "like eating a bowl of rice". So Lupisregina and Albedo saying they will eat increasing numbers of bowls of rice to explain the amount of enjoyment they have when they see Ainz smile. It's nothing that complex, they are just being competitive as if saying, (Lupisregina) "I'd enjoy it more than you." (Albedo) "No, I'd enjoy it more than you."
